Leading Youth Forward (LYF) provides long-term, one-to-one mentoring and large group activities for teens in years 7 -10. Our goal is to provide positive role models and nurture an inclusive community for some of Perth’s most vulnerable young people, focusing on youth development, layered with fun and engaging activities funded by LYF.

Whether you’re keen to mentor long term, help out at events, or share your skills, we’d love to have you on the team.
As a mentor, you’ll be paired with a Perth teen, and we’ll back you every step of the way with training and support.

Leading Youth Forward (LYF) is an incorporated association and registered charity with strong corporate governance.
The Volunteer Committee meets monthly, to reflect, plan and engage for future LYF events.
All donations and fundraising efforts directly support our LYF program which involves approximately 80 vulnerable WA-Teens each year.
LYF is currently seeking corporate partnerships for the long-term sustainability of our not-for-profit.
LYF is immensely grateful for donations received from the community.
